Quel lissage choisir: indien ou brésilien?

Indian straightening vs Brazilian straightening: which one to choose?

Indian straightening and Brazilian straightening are two hair straightening treatments that have gained popularity in recent years.

If you're looking for a way to long-lasting straighten your hair and reduce frizz, you may be wondering which of these treatments is best for you.

Indian straightening is a hair straightening treatment that uses a solution of silk and cashmere proteins to smooth hair and give it a smoother, more supple appearance.

Indian straightening can be performed on all hair types, although curly or thick hair may require multiple treatments to achieve lasting results.

Brazilian straightening is a hair straightening treatment that uses a solution made from keratin, a protein naturally found in hair, nails and skin.

Brazilian blowouts can help smooth hair and reduce frizz, especially if you have curly or thick hair. However, they can be harsh on your hair, especially if done incorrectly or if your hair is already damaged.

Comparison: Indian straightening vs Brazilian straightening

Here is a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of Indian straightening and Brazilian straightening:

Benefits of Indian Straightening:

    • Less aggressive on hair than other smoothing treatments
    • Can add shine and softness to hair
    • Can be done on all hair types

Disadvantages of Indian straightening:

  • Can be expensive
  • May require multiple treatments to achieve lasting results
  • Can be difficult to maintain if you have very curly or thick hair

Benefits of Brazilian straightening:

  • Effective for smoothing hair and reducing frizz, especially if you have curly or thick hair
  • Can make hair more manageable

Disadvantages of Brazilian straightening:

  • Can be harsh on hair, especially if done incorrectly or if hair is already damaged
  • Can be expensive
  • Requires regular maintenance to maintain results

How much does Indian straightening and Brazilian straightening cost?

The price of Indian straightening and Brazilian straightening can vary greatly depending on the hair salon and the region you are in. In general, Indian straightening can be more expensive than Brazilian straightening, although this will depend on the length and thickness of your hair as well as the duration of the treatment.

It is important to research the different options and compare prices before deciding which hair straightening treatment is best for your needs and budget. Don't forget to factor in the cost of hair care products and regular maintenance needed to maintain the results of the straightening.

What is the best choice for you?

Indian straightening and Brazilian straightening are two popular treatments for long-lasting hair straightening. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the choice will depend on your needs and personal preferences.

If you have damaged or fragile hair and are looking to use products that are less harsh on your hair, Indian straightening may be a good option for you. If you have curly or thick hair and are looking to reduce frizz, Brazilian straightening.
